The 300,000 sqm plot on the peripheries of the burgeoning housing districts in west Sharjah acts as an edge between the open dessert and urban development.
The project is divided into six 50,000 plots, which each two plots (100,000 sqm) constituting different programs that complement each other; Residential/Commercial, Active/Leisure and Wellbeing.
Combing a multitude of different programs from retail outlets to residential to entertainment and a hotel, the projects utilizes the landscape as a mediator between the project component that transitions the experience from the energetic to the serene.
A layering of programs and activities are stitched throughout the development to ensure continuity while a proper definition of plots and areas ensure the right project phasing based on budget and financing mechanisms.
Set on a virgin desert land, the design utilizes the existing dunes and topography in the placement of programs further accentuating the experience of being on the dessert edge and being in a dessert park.
